You must have often noticed jewelry or ornaments being packaged in cotton gift bags.

Plastic

Plastic is the least of all the eco-friendly packaging options available. However, when it comes to packaging, nothing beats plastic. It has replaced glass wood, ceramic in most packaging functions. It is highly durable and long-lasting. The versatility of plastic has allowed it to be crafted into heavy-duty export cartoons, delicate retail packaging, and fruit and vegetable packaging. A specific plastic-type that is referred to as bioplastic is recyclable and comparatively environmentally friendly.

Foil sealed bags

These are most commonly used for textiles, apparel, or transport delicate items like silicon chips or HDD. They are vacuum-sealed to protect the material inside from dust, moisture, or any contamination.
