At times, an employee may leave the organisation without any notice, leaving the HR to fulfil the position at the earliest. Other times you may have to adapt to the changing work culture by modifying the existing policies. 

You must also have the ability to contribute to the decision-making process in terms of strategic planning that benefits the overall company and contributes to the employees’ self-improvement.

One of the most important prerequisites for HR executives is organisational skills. The HR team plays a vital role in managing different aspects of business such as keeping track of the various employee-related records, handling confidential documents, etc. So, having organisational skills is important.
