How to kill germs: Everything you need to know to protect your loved ones

Germs are present everywhere and almost on all surfaces. Unless you clean and disinfectant the surface with germ killer spray, it can stay there for hours and even days. Germs can be in the form of bacteria, fungi, or protozoa. Even before the Covid 19 outbreak, not a lot of people followed hygiene practices, but the virus has reminded us of the old ritual of handwashing and other sanitization rules. One of the ways you can protect your loved ones from germs is by following the below tricks:

  • Germ killer spray: One of the best ways to help your loved ones germ-free. You can choose Dr. Rhazes Germ Kill Spray Foam that gives protection against enveloped virus. The product is an alcohol-free spray which is clinically proven for effectiveness- kills 99.9% germs and viruses and at the same time moisturizes your hands. The formulation contains aloe and lemon extracts that protect skin from viruses and bacteria, leaving a fragrant smell.
  • Disinfectant products: To protect your loved ones against the germs in the house, you can use a disinfectant product. Just dusting the household items doesn’t kill the germs on the surfaces; a disinfectant is a good way to keep the germs at bay. Make sure the disinfectant product has gone through tests to ensure its efficacy. Disinfect the household items such as remote controls, kitchen counters, bathrooms, sinks, tables, seating areas, etc., to safeguard your family from viruses and bacteria. You can consider using Dr. Rhazes disinfectant spray, which provides protection up to 7 days.
  • Soap and water: You should always encourage your family members to wash hands with soap and water before engaging in any activity. Also, ensure that they are using the 20 seconds hand wash technique – between the fingers, around the thumb, and wrists. This helps to keep your hands hygienic and germ-free. Washing hands with soap and water is the best solution to clean areas where there is a lot of dirt.
  • Hand sanitizers: Germs present on unwashed hands enter the body through the nose, eyes, and mouth. Therefore, sanitizing hands regularly is important. If you and your family are traveling, make sure you carry a bottle of sanitization spray or gel or liquid.
  • Practice etiquette to stop the spread of germs: Does any of your family member uses hand to cover while sneezing. This is the wrong way to stop the germs. Infection experts suggest using the crook of the arm or inner elbow to prevent the spread of germs. If your family members follow proper sneezing etiquette will stop the spread of germs. After a sneeze, hands should be thoroughly sanitized with soap and water.

The winter season isn’t far away. This is the time when any of your loved ones can have a common cold or may suffer from a viral disease. Thus, make sure you and your family members keep a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, you can take supplement tablets to improve your immunity. Keep the aforementioned points in mind to provide protection to your family from germs.
